Only YOU can define your whole life.

Stay POSITIVE. Stay CONSISTENT.

Hi  I’m  Shweta

I am a Registered Dietician, a Clinical, lifestyle, and sports nutritionist, and a Certified Diabetes Educator. When my journey toward good health began I encountered numerous myths about the concept of nutrition, dieting, lifestyle, and more.

It was my expertise that helped me look through all the noise. I realized building wellness wasn’t about unrealistic diets and misconceptions about body image, but something more. My journey became a testament to the fact that good nutrition was rooted in balance across all facets of our lifestyle.

This kickstarted the idea of Nutrivue – A guide and mentor that could enable people from various walks of life to have a well-rounded lifestyle that was fulfilling.

Current Myths Around Nutrition and Diet

These are merely the ABCs of myths that surround this subject. There are countless other little myths that come under these. They affect the way people perceive good health and also the steps they take to accomplish it, leading to numerous mishaps.

Associating Body Image with Health

Most people perceive health and fitness by physical appearance.

Believing that Diet is the Go-to Solution

Going on diets or ‘dieting’ is considered to be the sole way of getting healthy.

Calling Cutting Down of Food as Dieting

The idea of diet in itself is misconceived as cutting down on calories or food.

Our Principles

Our choices form our habits, and our habits build our lifestyle. Although we come from different walks of life, a balanced lifestyle can be accomplished if our choices and habits are led by a few simple principles.

Have Something of Everything:

Moderation is the key. Eating everything in the right proportions is what defines a good diet.

Home is Where the Heart is:

Nothing is more nutritious than a well-prepared home-cooked meal.

Simplicity is the Essence of Happiness:

Keeping your diet and exercise regime simple can accomplish the balance you seek.
